A website built from “card files”, modules of the institution's visual identity, to bring order to everything Slovenské centrum dizajnu does. We designed the UI of its new site, adapting the existing identity for the web.

The project
By 2020, the complexity of this ecosystem had outgrown its existing digital platform.
Following a detailed UX analysis and strategy by a partner studio (see Credits), we adapted the institution’s visual identity into a new UI design. The solution is built on modular fragments, labeled as “card files,” a nod to both the visual identity and the multi-layered nature of the institution’s activities. This approach brought clarity and structure to the digital presentation while staying true to the essence of SCD’s identity.
