ModMD is a concierge COVID-19 testing service operating in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and Atlanta, offering personalized testing solutions for individuals and businesses. Their platform allows users to schedule tests, access results promptly, and provides daily health questionnaires for organizations to monitor staff well-being.

We were tasked with designing a COVID-19 testing management platform tailored for ModMD’s clientele, particularly Hollywood film production staff. A significant achievement was optimizing a complex testing registration process into just six intuitive steps.

The design system features an unconventional color scheme that resonates with the entertainment industry’s aesthetic while remaining functional in a critical work environment. Such projects rely on consistent yet invisible design touches to ensure seamless experiences under high-pressure conditions.
