For the Office of the Chief Architect (UHA) of Košice, we defined the information architecture, content strategy, and UX for their new web platform. This project required close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to address diverse needs and expectations.

Our work brought modern solutions to the forefront, introducing interactive mapping tools to present ongoing urban projects and improving the clarity and accessibility of public competition announcements. The result is a platform that not only informs but also engages citizens with the city’s architectural and urban planning efforts.

Our journey with the UHA project began by sorting through the architectural team's ideas and insights, fostering collaboration. We then meticulously structured the website's information and content, ensuring an intuitive digital experience, setting the stage for a transformative communication overhaul.

After selecting the optimal user flow, we transitioned into crafting a wireframe prototype. This dynamic representation allowed us to test the user experience firsthand. Through rigorous testing and iterative improvements, we refined the wireframes, ensuring an intuitive and user-centric design that aligned perfectly with the UHA project's objectives.

Once we had defined the user journeys into wireframes, we could move on to the design and development phase

This crucial step sets the stage for the creation of a cohesive design for communication.
